If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a strict 30 day money back policy subject to the below terms and conditions being met.

Returns

At Food Beverage Logic Pty Ltd, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. That’s why we apply the same refund policy offered by industry leaders like Microsoft and Adobe.
Due to the digital nature of our products, only valid refund requests will be considered.
As with all in-store purchases, it is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product is suitable for them before purchasing it. If the fbl portal has been accessed or activated after the purchase, the refund request will be refused because the product will be considered as “consumed”.
Your item must be in the original packaging, including shrink wrapping and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Procedure

A refund request should be sent to theteam@foodbeveragelogic.com.au with proof of purchase letting us know of your intent to claim the refund. Please note carefully that refunds, within the scope of consumer law, can only be permitted for unopened products with original packaging intact, as well as you not having gained access to the online portal via your unique code.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If this is no longer available please notify us of a valid option.

Whilst we will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving your product and approving the refund validity, the credit will be applied to your account based on individual banking processes and time frames.


Postage/Delivery Costs

We cover 100% of the postage costs when delivering our product to clients, we will not be able to reimburse the cost of returning the product to us.

Workshop Refund Policy

Refund policy

A full refund is only available if a cancellation request is submitted 14 days prior to the commencement of the workshop. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to pay for the workshop. Refunds are not available on attended workshops. Food Beverage Logic Pty Ltd will endeavour to process approved refunds within five business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.

Failure to attend

If you fail to attend a workshop, there is no option to obtain a refund or transfer to a future workshop. Food Beverage Logic Pty Ltd will to email you a reminder three days before your workshop commencement date to the email address provided during enrolment, however it is your responsibility to make note of the date of the workshop you have enrolled in.
Other refund information

In the instance that Food Beverage Logic Pty Ltd cancels a workshop, you will be given the option of a refund or transfer to another workshop date. Food Beverage Logic Pty Ltd is unable to refund for other costs incurred, such as flights, accommodation or other travel to the workshop. Workshops will only be cancelled if absolutely necessary.
Sending someone in your place

Another key person from your business may attend the workshop in your place. A substitution request must be sent to theteam@foodbeveragelogic.com.au at least two days before the commencement date of the workshop. The request must include the name of your substitute, and the name of the workshop you are enrolled in.


Intellectual Property

The workshop materials you receive are confidential and proprietary. This includes all workbooks, presentations, resources (printed and online) and additional materials.
These materials are unpublished works protected by copyright laws and no unauthorised copying, adaptation, distribution, storage or display is permitted. You agree not to disclose, or duplicate them.
